No. Every session is booked individually. There are no packages, no memberships, and no minimum purchase. You book when it works for you — period.
The 90-minute session is our most popular for a reason — it's enough time to do everything the right way. If your schedule is tight, the 60-minute session covers the full program. The 30-minute option is best for returning clients who need a focused add-on or have limited availability that day.
None at all. Most of our members started with zero gym experience. We specialize in training people at every level — beginners, injury recovery, older adults, and special needs clients. Your starting point is always the right starting point.
No contract means no cancellation fee — ever. We just ask for reasonable notice so we can offer the slot to someone else. Life happens and we get it.
