Our semi-private sessions cost exactly the same as 1-on-1 — because the quality of coaching doesn't change. We keep groups intentionally small and bring in additional coaching staff so that every single person is still getting their own individual attention. Not shared time. Not group instructions. You'll cook real meals with the group — smoothies, air fryer recipes, Instant Pot — practical skills you'll use the next day. Affordable everyday ingredients, real food, led by a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach.

Yes — completely free, no credit card, no commitment. Every new client gets a full week to try any class or 1-on-1 session at no cost. We want you to experience exactly what training here feels like before you decide anything.
No. Every session is booked individually. There are no packages, no memberships, and no minimum purchase. You book when it works for you — period.
The 90-minute session is our most popular for a reason — it's enough time to do everything the right way. If your schedule is tight, the 60-minute session covers the full program. The 30-minute option is best for returning clients who need a focused add-on or have limited availability that day.
None at all. Most of our members started with zero gym experience. We specialize in training people at every level — beginners, injury recovery, older adults, and special needs clients. Your starting point is always the right starting point.
No contract means no cancellation fee — ever. We just ask for reasonable notice so we can offer the slot to someone else. Life happens and we get it.
